Speaker Details:

Dr Victoria Phillips (Columbia University) is the author of Martha Graham’s Cold War: The Dance of American Diplomacy and is a Visiting Scholar at OCLW. She is also a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington, DC, where she co-directs the Cold War Archival Research Institute
