The Gym is fully equipped with running, rowing and cycling machines, cross trainers, weights and more. The Gym is open every day from 07.00-00.00.

  • Entry to the Gym is via University Card.
  • Only five people are allowed in the Gym at any one time.
  • All equipment must be cleaned after use.
  • Gym users must watch the online induction video and complete a PAR-Q medical form, which must be returned to the Common Room Administrator.
  • Friends and personal trainers from outside the College are not permitted to access the Gym.

The College also has an erg room.

The sports field is located behind M Block and the Catherine Marriott Building, and has markings for football and hockey matches. The sports field is also painted with a running track in the summer. Volleyball and cricket practices can sometimes be held here too.

The multipurpose courts (for tennis, basketball and netball) are located between the Catherine Marriott Building and E Block, and is open from 09.00-21.00 daily.

Courts should be booked via the Hub, and the key should be signed out at the Lodge. There is no charge for the use of the multipurpose courts.

These two courts are located beside the Robin Gandy Buildings. The courts are open 24 hours a day and should be booked via the Hub.

We have a fleet of punts which are available for use from April to October (weather permitting). These are moored in our own harbour. Punting requires a punt permit from the Punt and River Club, which will allow you to book punts via the Hub. Keys are collected from the Lodge.
