Wolfson Fellow Appointed to Advisory Board of Prestigious Neuroscience Journal
Wolfson College is delighted to announce that Junior Research Fellow Dr Fei-Yang Huang has been appointed as a member of the Early Career Researcher Advisory Board for The Journal of Neuroscience (JNeurosci), the flagship publication of the Society for Neuroscience, the largest neuroscience society in the world.
Dr. Huang is one of 12 international members selected to provide insights to JNeurosci’s editorial boards, representing the UK perspective. His role focuses on promoting the career development of early-career researchers, particularly in navigating the challenges of the peer-review and publication process.
Dr. Huang work focuses on the neurophysiology of reward processing, learning, and decision-making. His research combines single-neuron recording, computational modelling, and targeted neural stimulation to uncover the fundamental principles of neural reward systems that guide adaptive food choices and strategic social interactions.
