Fanqi Zeng

Biography

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Sociology at Oxford, currently working on two projects: the Wellcome Trust-funded FORESFA (Forensic Epidemiology and Impact of Substandard and Falsified Antimicrobials on Public Health) and the European Research Council-funded CRIMGOV (Production, Trade and Governance: a New Framework for Understanding Organized Crime). I obtained my PhD from the Department of Engineering Mathematics at the University of Bristol. My research interests span interdisciplinary areas focused on studying complex social and natural systems. My work has been published in Nature Cities, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Physica A, among others.
