The Wolfson College Cellar Bar is run entirely on a voluntary basis, which means that drink and snack prices are amongst the cheapest anywhere in Oxford.
People who sign up to be part of the bar are trained and then are put on the monthly rota. Each night, two people open, run and shut the bar. If you would like to be part of the bar, please contact us here.

From over a dozen exquisite single malt whiskies to five refreshing draught lines, cask ales, and wines by the glass, there’s something for everyone. But that’s just the beginning – explore our impressive collection of spirits and liqueurs sourced from every corner of the globe.
There’s something to suit all tastes: we proudly stock a very wide range of non-alcoholic beers, spirit-alternatives and soft drinks.

Events
We proudly host a series of events every term, and there’s something for everyone. We often host open mic nights, live music events, quizzes, club nights, sports screenings, and a whole lot more. We’re also home to the best attended parties in all of Oxford: the legendary Wolfson Bops.

BarCo
The Bar is managed by a committee of Wolfson students. The Executive consists of the Chair, Treasurer (Vice-Chair), Stock Manager, and Secretary. Other roles include Rota Manager, Entertainment Manager, Social Secretary (and sub-committee) and IT Manager. Elections take place during Hilary Term.
